It doesn't get much easier than this cozy and budget-conscious dinner for the slow cooker.

Ingredients:

1 pound of chicken thighs

1 16-pz package frozen green beans

1 pound of fingerling potatoes

1 ranch seasoning packet

2 large tomatoes, diced

Salt & pepper

 

Directions: 

Combine all ingredients in your slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours; or on high for 4 hours.
