We do not charge any fees to use Online Banking or our Mobile App. However, depending on your service provider and plan, data charges may apply.

Enroll in online banking here. You’ll need your member number and the primary account holders social security number to complete enrollment.

What can I do through Online & Mobile Banking?
Online & Mobile Banking allows you to do the majority of your banking needs. Some of the major features include; transferring money between accounts, pay any OE Federal loan, send money to anyone at any financial institution with Zelle, deposit checks, pay bills with Bill Pay, schedule automatic transfers between accounts, set up balance alerts, view statements and transaction history, find OE Federal and ATM locations, apply for loans, open accounts, and contact our support team.

How do I obtain my member number?
We’ll provide your member/account number in one of two ways:
- Members who complete our Online Membership Application and do not require additional review will receive their member number immediately.
- For members who apply through a paper application or whose Online Membership Application requires additional review, will receive their member number via email after their membership is opened.
Once your membership is established, you can also obtain your member number by phone or by visiting any branch location.

Am I able to transfer funds from another financial institution to OE Federal? Is there a service charge?
Using your account number and our routing number (321176260), you can establish automatic transfers between financial institutions. There is no fee to receive funds to your OE Federal account.

Can I apply for a loan through online banking?
Yes! Login to online banking and select “Apply For a Loan” from the menu.

What is the business hours for member services?
You can reach us at (800) 877-4444, 7:30 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday. Branch hours vary by location. Check our ATMs & Branches Page for more information.
