We Want Your Input
OE Federal exists for our members. That’s why we continually research ways to enhance our products and services, which includes reviewing your suggestions. Your feedback helps us improve the products and services we offer and how we deliver those services to you. Over the past year, OE Federal has made many changes based on member comments.
Some recent improvements include:
- Offering Share Certificates with a $500 minimum
- The New Pasadena Branch
- The New Orange Branch
- Online Banking Enhancements
- Making Payments via EasyPay
- Optimized Branch Hours
- New Rewards Platform
- Expanded Membership Household Eligibility
New Member Surveys
To provide you with even better products and services, OE Federal will be asking for your feedback in the very near future. In October we will start inviting members to take a short survey that will allow us to gather membership input. The survey will provide us with valuable information and allow us to identify areas where we can better serve you. Our goal is to simply make your experience with us an even better one.
The survey invitation will come to you by email, mail or phone. If you have already provided your email address to OE Federal, and are selected to receive a survey, you will automatically receive an online survey, which is the most efficient method of taking it. If you have not provided OE Federal with your email address but would like to receive your surveys by email, simply call the Contact Center at 800.877.4444 to sign up. The email invitation will link you to the online survey which takes less than three minutes to complete.
If we do not have your email address, you may be invited to take the survey by telephone or mail from another OE Federal partner organization. The questions in these surveys are identical to the online version. Members may be asked to complete anywhere from one to four surveys per year, but never more than once per quarter.
We want to assure you that OE Federal is very protective of your private information. You will not be asked to provide any personal or account information in a survey conducted by OE Federal or our highly secure partners. You will also be provided with a method to opt-out of the surveys but still receive other forms of valuable OE Federal communication.
