Look for the digital wallet logo or the contactless symbol at checkout.

Can I use my digital wallet at traditional payment terminals?
Yes, Samsung Pay uses MST technology to replicate the magnetic stripe on the credit or debit card. This allows you to use Samsung Pay with most traditional terminals. Apple Pay® and Google Pay require the terminal to be set up for contactless payments.

Can I use my digital wallet to pay internationally?
Yes, you can use Apple Pay®, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay when traveling internationally at stores that accept contactless payments. Please note that foreign transaction fees may apply.

Do transactions made with digital wallets have the same fraud protections as those made with a physical card?
Yes, you are given the same fraud protections when paying with a digital wallet that you would, if you paid with a physical card.

What happens when my card gets replaced?
When a card is replaced or expires, the existing card in your digital wallet will generally associate with the new card. In the instance this does not happen, you may see an alert with the digital wallet application. You can register the new card to your device as you did originally.

What if my mobile device is lost or stolen?
Notify your phone carrier if your phone is lost or stolen. You should also notify OE Federal at 800.877.4444 if you feel your card information has been compromised.
