We continue to monitor information from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), state, and local health agencies to ensure we follow safety precautions.

Please check back here to stay up to date on how virus control measures may affect our staffing levels.

Update as of May 17th, 2021 9:30am PST:

It was announced that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) have reduced mask guidelines for those who are fully vaccinated. At this time, California has not yet updated its guidelines on masks worn indoors at businesses. Because of this, we will continue to follow all local and state guidelines.

As of today, we are still requiring all staff and members who are visiting our branches to wear a mask. We appreciate you abiding by this guideline to help keep us moving in the right direction.

Not ready to visit a branch yet? That’s ok! With online and mobile banking you can bank from the safety of your home.

We are practicing the recommended social distancing measures in our branches. This includes limiting the amount of members allowed in the branch at one time. We are doing this by:

  • Asking that our members wear a face covering when visiting any of our branches.
  • Verifying whether your transaction requires face to face interaction. If it doesn’t, we’ll assist you by utilizing our night drop, by telephone, and/or through our online and mobile banking.
  • Placing floor markers to maintain the recommended 6 feet distance between members and employees.

For members who utilize the shared branching network for banking, we recommend calling the shared branch location to confirm they are open and ready to assist members before visiting in person. Find a shared branch here
